Full job description

We're looking for an experienced Bartender to join our Front of House team at our Parklawn location in Etobicoke.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced restaurant
  • Excellent knowledge of cocktails and beverages, including Thai-inspired drinks, considered as an asset
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and multitask effectively
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service
  • Must be of legal drinking age and possess Smart Serve Certification
  • Barista experience is an asset

Responsibility includes:

  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails and beverages, including traditional Thai-inspired drinks
  • Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders from guests and offering recommendations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth operations and timely service
  • Upsell and promote restaurant specials and promotions
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Help ideate and brainstorm cocktail specials
  • Cleaning the bar at the end of every shift
  • Manage bar inventory
  • Deep-clean the bar machines twice a week
  • Comfortable with POS management
  • Comfartable with cashouts process
