Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and confident in managing staff, service standards, and operational performance in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Lead, train, schedule, and supervise staff
  • Ensure high standards of guest service and food quality
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Monitor labour costs, scheduling, and productivity
  • Manage cash handling, POS reports, and end-of-day procedures
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Coordinate with ownership on operations, staffing, and performance
  • Support inventory control and ordering as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience with POS systems and staff scheduling
  • Strong understanding of customer service and team management
  • Must have a valid work permit to work in Canada
