Floor Operations

  • Manage reservations, waitlists, seating plans, and table turns efficiently.
  • Ensure proper pacing of service while maintaining guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate communication between Front of House and Back of House teams.
  • Maintain awareness of all sections, guest flow, and operational priorities.
  • Support service execution during peak periods.

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Front of House team members.
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate daily objectives.
  • Hold team members accountable to company standards and expectations.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and professional work environment.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-volume environments.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Driving accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Why Join Chiang Mai?
