Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and cooking, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional food service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station and utensils
  • Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders to meet service standards
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients and supplies
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in serving, food preparation, cooking, or related roles within a restaurant or food industry setting
  • Strong knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and kitchen operations
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
