Full job description

Thai Express at Willowbrook Shopping Centre is looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate provides excellent customer service, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable handling customer orders and payments.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Process cash, debit, and credit card payments
  • Answer customer questions about menu items
  • Keep the front counter and work area clean and organized
  • Assist with packing and handing out orders
  • Work together with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly
  • Provide fast and friendly service during busy periods

Qualifications

  • Friendly, responsible, and punctual
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Previous cashier, customer service, or restaurant experience is an asset, but not required
  • Training will be provided
