Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our busy dining establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for food service, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining efficient restaurant operations to foster a welcoming environment for guests. Previous experience in restaurant management, hospitality, or food industry roles such as barista or hotel experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality food presentation
• Lead and motivate team members, including food prep and cooking, interviewing and onboarding new staff
• Perform and Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling procedures to maintain safety standards
• Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
• Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality control
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance guest satisfaction
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed and manage restaurant vendors.
• Train staff on food service protocols, hospitality standards, and operational procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment aligned with health regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant management or related hospitality roles, including supervising teams and managing restaurant operations
• Strong knowledge and experience of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage staff effectively and foster teamwork
• Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training restaurant personnel
• Background in food service, hospitality, or the food industry;
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food handling regulations and kitchen experience preferred
