Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Cook Wok to join our vibrant culinary team! In this role, you will be the heart of our kitchen, bringing authentic flavors to life through expert wok cooking and food preparation. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using wok techniques, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
  • Handle food with care, following all food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Assist in meal preparation by chopping, marinating, and organizing ingredients efficiently.
  • Serve food promptly and courteously to guests, ensuring excellent food service experience.
  • Maintain proper food handling procedures during all stages of meal preparation to prevent contamination.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours.
  • Follow recipes and portion controls accurately to deliver consistent dishes every time.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly with wok cooking or Asian cuisine preferred.
  • Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices.
  • Strong skills in cooking, meal preparation, and serving techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
  • Previous experience in the food industry or kitchen setting is highly desirable.
