Full job description

  • Preparing various types of sushi, including maki (rolls), nigiri, and sashimi.
  • Making other Japanese dishes such as tempura, teriyaki, and miso soup.
  • Expertly cutting, slicing, and filleting different types of fish.
  • Developing and implementing new menu items and specials.
  • Ensuring ingredient quality by selecting fresh fruits, vegetables, and fish.
  • Managing inventory and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
