At DGN we specialize in creating high-quality printed apparel and promotional products. Our team is passionate about delivering top-notch prints that leave a lasting impression. We are looking for a dedicated, skilled, and creative Screen Printer to join our team.

Job Description:
As a Screen Printer you will be responsible for producing vibrant, detailed, and accurate screen prints on a variety of materials, including textiles, apparel, and other promotional products. You will work closely with our production team to ensure timely and high-quality output while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate screen printing presses (Both automatic and Manual )
  • Prepare screens, ink, and other materials for production
  • Ensure prints are of high quality, meeting customer specifications
  • Inspect finished products for defects and quality standards
  • Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment
  • Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards
  • Assist with inventory management and material ordering as needed
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in screen printing is a must
  • Strong attention to detail and precision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to [40 lbs] pounds
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Knowledge of screen-printing techniques, materials, and equipment mandatory
