WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • An accredited post-secondary degree or diploma, or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that can support successful projects and build strong client relationships
  • Excellent proofreading and copy editing abilities to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Ability to support administrative operations effectively on a daily basis
  • High level of initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to complete tasks within defined timelines with little guidance
  • Key personal management skills, including strong communication, accountability, adaptability, problem solving, and a high stress tolerance
  • A dedication and passion for the work that we do
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of GIS would be an asset
  • Must be eligible for a permanent work position in Canada

STUFF WE'LL TRUST YOU WITH

  • Support ongoing project coordination efforts and tracking client correspondence
  • Write clear, concise, and strong proposals and applications for important projects
  • Research, design, coordinate, implement, and review project surveys and studies
  • Conduct thorough research to incorporate accurate and insightful information into reports and proposals as necessary
  • Structure, create, and deliver summary reports for a wide variety of projects and clients
  • Help design and potentially support client engagement activities
  • Participate in both internal project team meetings, as well as client meetings and presentations to exchange project information and communicate key goals
