Full job description

Working with a fast-paced and energetic team, as a Customer Service Representative, you will develop and maintain solid business relationships with our valued customers. The team loves to challenge each other and strives to achieve goals that help build the success of the company.

As a CSR, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Process incoming quote requests
  • Process orders that come by telephone, fax, and email;
  • Provide technical information as required;
  • Offer solutions to clients’ business needs;
  • Inform clients about upcoming product developments;
  • Upsell promotions that may affect their orders;
  • Communicate on the availability of products and progress of existing orders;
  • Partner with outside sales managers to help drive sales and improve customer service

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in a customer service role;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Post-secondary diploma;
  • Ability to communicate effectively in French and English*
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines;
  • Experience working independently in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proficient with MS Office and data entry;
  • Client-driven.

(*) This qualification is required as you will be interacting with partners, vendors, internal/external clients and/or staff across Canada on a regular basis.
