We are expanding our Moncton team and are looking for a passionate clinician who values meaningful client relationships, clinical autonomy, and work-life balance.

Our Moncton office serves individuals, couples, youth (12+), and families throughout New Brunswick, with additional opportunities to provide virtual care across New Brunswick.

About the Role

We are seeking a warm, client-centred clinician who enjoys working independently while being part of a collaborative team. You will provide counselling services to clients presenting with a variety of concerns, such as:

  • Anxiety and depression
  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Grief and loss
  • Stress and burnout
  • ADHD and neurodivergence
  • Relationship challenges
  • Life transitions
  • Self-esteem and emotional regulation

Clinicians are welcome to develop and promote their own areas of interest or specialization.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, or a related counselling profession
  • Registered (or eligible for registration) with the appropriate regulatory body in New Brunswick
  • Professional liability insurance
  • Excellent interpersonal and clinical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
  • Experience providing in-person therapy is considered an asset
