Job Summary

Medical Arts Clinic in Hamilton is looking for a short term temporary position as a receptionist in a busy doctors office .

Monday: 9-3 pm

Tuesday: 9-3 pm

Wednesday:9-3 pm

Thursday : 9-3 pm

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Duties

  • Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the office.
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding services offered.

Join our team as a Receptionist and Medical Assistant where your skills will contribute to creating a positive experience for our patients while supporting the overall efficiency of our operations.

Please Note: only candidates with experience will be considered.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
