*** URGENTLY Hiring: Medical Administrative Assistant in Dutton!

Location: Dutton Ontario
Pay: $26.41 to $30.71 per hour, Approx. 30 hours per week. Pay increase after being hired on.

Temporary to permanent for the right person.

A family medical clinic in Dutton is seeking a Medical Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role involves assisting healthcare professionals, managing patient records, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients, complete intake forms, and obtain consent for treatment.
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments and referrals.
  • Prepare prescriptions and assist with medical equipment fittings.
  • Maintain and sanitize treatment rooms and medical equipment.
  • Track and order medical supplies as needed.
  • Provide reception support, including phone and email communication.

Qualifications:

  • Office Administration diploma/certificate or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical clinic.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management software.
  • Experience with an EMR program is required.
  • Can think outside the box and problem solve on your own.

Experience in Medical Aministration, Accuro, EMR, Medical terminology, Healthcare or working for companies such as, LHSC or a Family Doctor, would be beneficial.

Must be available to start ASAP.
