Job Title: Direct Sales Representative – Permanent LED Lighting (Setter / Closer Roles)

Location: Surrey, BC & Surrounding Lower Mainland (Field / In-Person)

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Expected Earnings: $60,000 – $100,000 (Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses)

About the Role

The holiday season is near— and demand for permanent holiday lighting is extremely high around Halloween, Christmas, and New Year’s.

Delta Exterior Lighting is an established local company with thousands of completed projects and 100+ Google reviews with a 5-star rating. We’re expanding our permanent LED lighting sales team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as Appointment Setters and Sales Closers.

Positions Available

1. Appointment Setters (Door-to-Door / Canvassers)

Role: Engage homeowners, introduce our permanent lighting systems, and schedule qualified appointments for our closing team.

2. Sales Closers (In-Home / Field Consultants)

Role: Conduct roofline inspections, present quotes, and close deals with scheduled homeowners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Canvass targets residential neighborhoods and engages homeowners on their doorstep.
  • Present customized exterior lighting solutions and demonstrate smart-app controls.
  • Build local neighborhood density ("Anchor Houses") to generate referral momentum.
  • Manage customer quotes and collect initial job deposits via mobile CRM.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1+ years in direct sales, door-to-door (D2D), canvassing, or home services sales preferred (will train high-energy entry-level candidates for Setter roles)
  • Strong communication, active listening, and rapport-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a high-performance mindset.
  • Reliable personal transportation to travel to assigned field territories across the Lower Mainland.
