Join Our Balcomo Family – Front Desk Guest Experience Specialists (Full-Time, Part-Time, Seasonal, Casual)

We are hiring for a mix of Front Desk Guest Experience Specialists and Night Auditors.
Night Auditor shifts include overnight hours and involve basic accounting, reporting, and end-of-day balancing responsibilities.

Shifts may include a mix of mornings (7am–3pm), afternoons (3pm–11pm), overnight shifts (11pm–7am), and occasional varying shifts based on operational needs.

As we grow into a wellness-focused hotel with a brand-new Wellness Centre, our Front Desk Guest Experience team plays a key role in creating meaningful guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Check guests in and out using our hotel system
• Handle reservations and guest inquiries (phone, email, in person)
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
• For Night Auditors: completing daily reports and balancing transactions

A Few Basics

• Legally entitled to work in Canada
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous hotel or customer service experience is an asset (not required)
