KSG is proud to partner with TELUS, Canada’s leading telecommunications provider, to deliver industry-leading connectivity solutions to homes across Victoria, BC. We are currently hiring motivated Field Sales Representatives to represent TELUS and introduce residents to Mobility, PureFibre Internet, and Smart Home solutions.

This is a full-time employee position offering a guaranteed $18.25/hour base pay plus uncapped commission, with on-target earnings of $100,000+ annually. If you enjoy face-to-face sales, building genuine connections, and working in a performance-driven environment, this role offers a clear path to a high-earning career while spending your workdays outdoors in Victoria’s beautiful neighbourhoods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with residents across Victoria through door-to-door field sales

What You’ll Earn

What You’ll Need

  • Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Comfortable working door-to-door in residential neighbourhoods
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check

Experience in customer-facing roles is highly valued. If you’ve worked in retail, serving, restaurants, bartending, hospitality, or other people-focused roles, you already have many of the skills needed to succeed.
