▶About Aventas

Aventas is a Omni-channel marketing agency that has worked along side brands like Telus, Rogers, Bell, RBC & BMO. What we do is we help brand unleash their unique point of view by conducting all our sales and marketing face-to-face.

We are on the HUNT for someone to join as an Entry Level Sales Representative! This individual will be someone who likes to work in a fun and dynamic environment with the opportunity to learn and grow within the role. We are not looking for someone with a ton of experience because full training will be provided for the role. Every candidate will also be paired up with a Seasoned Field Manager for a duration of 4 weeks.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is a motivated self-starter, has OUTSTANDING communication skills and an outgoing personality. A successful representative will be sourcing new sales opportunities, navigating customers through our sales cycle and utilizing our CRM.

  • Engage with new customers by having educated conversations around Cellphones, Internet, Security and TV
  • Attend sales and leadership seminars
