The TELUS Corporate Flight Department is actively recruiting an exceptional Float Plane Pilot to join its elite flight operations team and command one of Canada's most iconic aviation routes. Imagine starting your day with mist rising off the Pacific, throttling up over the Strait of Georgia, and touching down at remote coastal inlets — this is your office. You'll pilot a single engine turbine amphibious float plane along the stunning BC coastline from Victoria to Bella Bella, transporting TELUS employees and executives with the precision, professionalism, and care that defines our brand. Every flight is a mission. Every landing is a statement. As a company powered by purpose, you'll be more than a pilot — you'll be a TELUS ambassador in the air, embodying our values of care, teamwork, and excellence.

Qualifications


What you bring:


  • Amphibious float experience and/or Kodiak 100 experience (Strong Asset)
  • Coastal operating experience (Strong Asset)
  • Total Time minimum 3000 hr, 1500 hr minimum on floats, 1000 hr minimum turbine experience
  • Instrument Rating (IFR) (Asset)
  • Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) (Asset)
  • Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
  • G-1000 familiarity (Asset)
  • Valid Transport Canada Category 1 Medical Certificate
  • Valid Passport with unrestricted ability to travel into the United States
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be located in Vancouver area

Fleet Types - Single engine turbine amphibious float plane

Salary Range: $110,000-$160,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
