We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HVAC Appointment setter to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Job Description:

Position Overview: As an appointment setter at Harry's Home Comfort, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our HVAC services, and nurturing relationships to drive sales opportunities. If you are a persuasive communicator with a drive to meet targets, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists, online sources, or other lead-generation methods to identify prospects interested in HVAC services.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our HVAC products and services to effectively communicate their benefits and features to potential clients.

Customer Engagement: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations, build rapport, and identify their specific HVAC needs, challenges, and pain points.

Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our HVAC sales representatives to meet with qualified leads and discuss their HVAC requirements in more detail.

Database Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system, including lead status, call outcomes, and follow-up tasks.

Sales Follow-up: Follow up with potential clients who have expressed interest but may not be ready to commit immediately, nurturing them through the sales funnel.

Meet Targets: Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to adapt your sales approach effectively.

Qualifications:

  • In office position
  • Previous telemarketing or sales experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with potential clients.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and services is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
