What You'll Be Doing

  • Installing and servicing residential and commercial alarm systems
  • Installing and programming CCTV surveillance systems
  • Installing access control, intercom, and door hardware systems
  • Troubleshooting and repairing security equipment
  • Performing preventative maintenance and scheduled service calls
  • Training customers on the operation of their security systems
  • Completing service documentation accurately
  • Delivering exceptional customer service on every job

Every day is different. You'll work on everything from residential homes to commercial buildings, schools, healthcare facilities, industrial sites, and government projects.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and takes pride in doing the job right.

Ideal qualifications include:

  • Experience installing or servicing electronic security systems (an asset)
  • Experience in electrical, low-voltage wiring, telecommunications, networking, or construction
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Valid Class 5 driver's licence
  • Clean criminal record check
  • Ability to safely work on ladders and in various indoor and outdoor environments
