Full job description

Mavericks Sales Enterprise is searching for enthusiatic full-time Entry Level Team Members to share Internet, TV, and Home Phone services with St. John's families.

As an Entry Level Team Member, you’ll meet families personally to help them choose the right Internet, TV, and Home Phone setup. The Entry Level Team Member supports daily conversations, strengthens long‑term customer relationships, and receives training that builds their sales confidence while ensuring every home gets a dependable, personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Team Member

  • Provide personalized consultations across Newfoundland, aligning Internet, TV, and Home Phone solutions with household priorities in-person.
  • Educate families on WiFi 7 and Advanced Security, showing how our clients technology protects digital lifestyles while enhancing speed and reliability.
  • Leverage sales systems to capture customer interactions, track account milestones, and process service agreements with flawless accuracy.
  • Advocate for traditional Home Phone dependability, positioning it as a must‑have service for families seeking reliability.
  • Inspect entertainment systems, recommending TV upgrades that improve streaming quality and increase account value.
  • Coordinate with sales teams, resolving scheduling or equipment concerns quickly to guarantee seamless service delivery.

Minimum Qualifications of the Entry Level Team Member

  • Experience in face‑to‑face customer support or sales environments, consistently building trust and closing deals.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to present Internet, TV, and Home Phone solutions in clear, customer‑friendly language.
  • Self‑motivated with strong organizational discipline to balance service delivery and sales performance.
  • Interest in developing sales skills and growing within residential telecommunications.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
