Full job description
Tract Consulting Inc. is a locally owned, multi-disciplinary planning and design firm based in Newfoundland and Labrador. Our mission is to elevate the standard of community design in Atlantic Canada and beyond - creating sustainable, inspiring places where people love to live, work, and play.

We seek a detail-oriented Technologist with the following key qualifications and attributes:
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant technical and/or field experience in civil design and construction.
- Strong proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
- Working knowledge of Civil 3D.
- Proven ability to prepare detailed design and construction drawings accurately and efficiently.
- Experience producing cost estimates, tender documentation and specifications.
- Capable of conducting site inspections and construction administration.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and quality control.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.
