Job Overview

We're a growing technology company building something different in the Fraser Valley — one partner for everything a business needs: IT support, web development, IoT, cybersecurity, and surveillance. We're early, we're moving fast, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us, not just clock in.

What you'll do

  • Provide hands-on IT support both on-site at client locations and remotely from our office
  • Set up, troubleshoot, and improve client networks — routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs
  • Strengthen client security: backups, email protection (spam/phishing), and best practices
  • Troubleshoot devices, computers, and day-to-day IT issues for our clients
  • Manage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments
  • Help us standardize and unify processes across multiple clients
  • Grow into new areas with us — surveillance systems, cloud, automation, and more

What we're looking for

Must-haves:

  • Solid networking experience (routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls)
  • Confident troubleshooting Windows and Mac devices
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin and/or Google Workspace
  • Great communication — you can explain tech to non-tech people and represent us well on-site
  • Self-starter who can work independently at client sites
  • Reliable transportation method and valid driver's license (you'll travel to client sites)

Nice-to-haves (or willing to learn):

  • Email security (SPF/DKIM/DMARC)
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, Render, Supabase)
  • Surveillance / camera systems
  • Web development basics
  • Ticketing tools (Jira, ClickUp)
