Salary: $45,000 CAD plus bonus

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Level 1 Support Technician. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing initial troubleshooting and technical assistance on our Software As A Service Platform. The position requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to learning, and to customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in a growing technology company based in Charlottetown, PEI.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to our software and services.
- Document customer interactions and troubleshooting steps in our ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to Level 2 support as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
- Assist with creating and updating knowledge base articles.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Able to read, understand, and right basic SQL queries
- Understanding of Laravel and Javascript coding
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Experience with ticketing systems is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
