Job Description
- Process policy transactions including new business, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Maintain accurate client and policy records in broker management systems and insurer portals.
- Review submissions and verify information to ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.
- Assist with underwriting documentation, reporting, and file maintenance.
- Follow up with insurance carriers and internal teams on policy-related matters.
Qualification
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with broker management systems is an asset.
- Ability to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is an asset.
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
