Paul Davis Montréal, un leader dans l'industrie de l'apres-sinistre est à la recherche d’un chargé de projets avec l’expérience en dégâts d’eau, incendies ou dans le domaine de la construction. Experience en apres-sinistre ou renovations OBLIGATOIRE
Responsabilités :
Le candidat serait responsable de :
- Recevoir des dossiers d’urgence d’un sinistre
- Visiter le site des dommages rapidement
- Prendre des photos et préparer un rapport d’incident
- Préparer les soumissions des travaux et coordonner les travaux une fois l’estimation acceptée.
- Superviser les travaux et suivre les budgets
- Coordonner les commandes de matériaux et organiser sous-traitants
- Être la personne ressource sur le dossier autant avec le client qu’avec les experts
- Être disponible lundi-vendredi et sur rotation pour des appels soirs/weekend
Qualifications
- Candidat bilingue oral et écrit
- Permis de conduire valide
- Connaissance informatique forte (courriels, MS office, etc)
- Connaissance de logiciels d’assurance et/ou Xactimate, Xactanalysis, Symbility, Encircle, etc; un Atout
- Personne organisé qui peut gérer plusieurs dossiers et échéanciers serrées
- Certifiée en amiante, plomb ou autres avec IICRC un grand atout
