In this role, you will provide technical assistance to employees and platform users, troubleshoot software and system issues, and help ensure the smooth operation of our digital teletherapy platform. Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees and users via email, chat, and remote assistance.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and account-related issues.
- Assist with Windows, macOS, and common productivity applications.
- Resolve connectivity and system access issues.
- Track, document, and manage support requests using a ticketing system.
- Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
- Assist with software updates, user account management, and system configuration.

Requirements
