What You'll Do

  • Lead partner marketing programs - Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns that resonate with shared audiences
  • Manage partner relationships - Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, conducting regular business reviews, identifying growth opportunities, and addressing challenges proactively
  • Drive go-to-market strategy - Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Pricing teams to align marketing initiatives for TELUS and partner while meeting business objectives and seizing market opportunities
  • Coordinate multi-channel campaigns - Lead integrated campaigns across print, web, email, social, and events that engage customers and convert to sales
  • Analyze performance metrics - Track marketing ROI, campaign effectiveness, and relationship health indicators; present insights and recommendations to leadership

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with a demonstrated track record in B2B, partner relations, or channel marketing
  • Exceptional relationship management skills - Proven ability to build trust, communicate strategically, and influence at all organizational levels
  • Excellent communication abilities - Skilled at translating complex strategies into clear narratives for diverse audiences (executives, partners, sales teams)
  • Project and campaign management - Experience developing, launching, and optimizing multi-channel marketing programs with measurable outcomes
  • Data-driven mindset - Comfortable analyzing metrics, interpreting trends, and making recommendations based on insights

Must Haves
