As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Mechanical Assemblers to join our team and help us build the machinery that powers our industry.

Position Overview

Ready to build epic machinery that pushes the boundaries of manufacturing? As our next Mechanical Assembler, you won’t just be turning wrenches—you’ll be a critical player in assembling, modifying, and bringing high-quality automation equipment to life. If you are a proactive problem-solver with serious mechanical aptitude who thrives in a high-energy, deadline-driven shop, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assemble, repair, and modify cutting-edge equipment using checklists, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Execute precise welding, machining, alignment, and rigging operations to tight tolerances.
  • Run quality control checks, test completed machinery, and make sure every project has the exact parts it needs to succeed.
  • Diagnose and repair used equipment to get it back into peak operational shape.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workspace while helping manage shop inventory and production support.
  • Look out for yourself and your teammates by rock-solid adherence to all safety protocols and PPE standards.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (any extra technical school training is a massive bonus)!
  • Already have or excited to secure your C.S.T.S 2020, forklift operation certification, overhead crane operation training, and fall protection training.
  • A sharp eye for reading and interpreting blueprints and technical layouts.
  • Total comfort and skill using a wide toolkit of hand and power tools.
  • Past mechanical assembly experience is a major asset.
  • Hands-on time with welding and manual lathe operation will really make your application stand out!
