  • Term: Sep 8, 2026 – Aug 31, 2027, with potential for annual extension.
  • Salary Range: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications.

The Duties & Funding Structure

This position combines the duties of an Educational Assistant (EA) and a Nanny/Childcare Worker across an 8-hour shift (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Integrated Duties: The day-to-day activities will be flexible and driven by the twins' ability to regulate.

1. Ministry of Education Contract, Educational Assistant (EA) - 5 Hours: Focus on coregulation, structured completion of schoolwork, and working on formal IEP goals.

1. Core Philosophy (Mandatory)

  • Attachment-Based Approach: Must be willing to embrace and follow Dr. Gordon Neufeld’s attachment philosophies for working with children. Training will be provided.
