About the Role

We are a growing medical aesthetics clinic in Ontario seeking a skilled, client-focused, and detail-oriented Medical Aesthetician to join our team.

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments, building strong client relationships, and supporting overall clinic growth. A passion for skincare, strong consultation skills, and a commitment to client safety and results are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client consultations and skin assessments
• Develop customized treatment plans based on client goals
• Educate clients on procedures, aftercare, and realistic expectations
• Deliver a warm, professional, and results-driven client experience

Aesthetic Treatments

• Perform medical-grade advanced skin treatments and facials
• Administer treatments such as microneedling, and laser services (laser hair removal, tattoo removal)
• Ensure all treatments are performed safely, effectively, and within scope of practice
• Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records

Sales & Client Retention

• Recommend appropriate skincare products and treatment plans
• Support retail sales and package offerings
• Build long-term client relationships and encourage repeat visits
• Follow up with clients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction

Clinic Operations & Support

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and clinic
• Follow proper sanitation and infection control protocols
• Assist with inventory management and product tracking
• Support front desk or team operations when needed

Compliance & Safety

• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Maintain current certifications and licenses
• Follow clinic policies, procedures, and treatment protocols
• Ensure client confidentiality and proper documentation

Qualifications & Experience

• Certified Medical Aesthetician (required)
• Certified Lash Technician (an asset)
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a medical aesthetics or clinical setting (preferred)
• New Graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience with advanced treatments (laser, microneedling, peels) is an asset
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment protocols
• Excellent communication and consultation skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with a client-first approach
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
