Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a passionate, dedicated and detail-orientated Busperson to join our Rainforest Cafe team. The Busperson will approach our guests in an attentive, friendly and service-oriented manner and provide each guest with a dining experience that will be remembered long after their stay.

What you’ll be doing:

• Warmly welcome our guests.
• Assists servers with guest orders and ensures delivery of high quality service.
• Clearing and cleaning tables to ensure they are presentable; carrying trays of dishes to stewarding area.
• Restock cutlery and supplies.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in all areas of our food and beverage outlets.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations and standards, and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service oriented manner by demonstrating appropriate service behaviors.
• Comply with company policies, procedures and Occupational Health and Safety regulations etc.
• Participating in daily standup meetings.
• All other duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant or food & beverage environment preferred, ideally in a high-volume setting.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional.
• Well organized and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work well under pressure.
• Must be able to work evening and day shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with customers and employees.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain professional composure at all times, while performing multiple tasks among staff, multiple guests/multiple items/products.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job (i.e., lifting 20-lb. trays).
