Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead ERP projects and initiatives from start to finish, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Analyze and support ERP systems, including integrations with eCommerce platforms, digital sales tools, and other business applications.
  • Provide end-user support and onboarding for ERP and related technologies, ensuring smooth adoption and effective use.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP or integration issues to minimize downtime.
  • Document ERP configurations, changes, and processes.
  • Train and support end users on ERP functionality.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance to improve workflows and user experience.

Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Finance, Data Analysis, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years’ ERP experience (Infor M3, SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of integration processes, ERP modules, and connected applications.
  • Experience in wholesale distribution or related workflows is an asset.
  • Proven ability to lead ERP-related projects or initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical users.
