MAINTENANCE ADMINISTRATOR
The Maintenance Administrator is responsible for maintaining fleet and equipment maintenance records, tracking preventative maintenance schedules, monitoring repairs, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements. This role supports maintenance operations through accurate documentation, reporting, asset management, and coordination with branch managers, vendors, and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain fleet and equipment maintenance records.
- Track preventative maintenance schedules and inspections.
- Monitor repair status and equipment downtime.
- Administer maintenance management systems (Geotab, Fleet Cost & Care, etc.).
- Generate maintenance and compliance reports.
- Coordinate annual inspections, registrations, and certifications.
- Maintain vendor and service-provider documentation.
- Track maintenance costs and support budget monitoring.
- Support regulatory compliance and audit requirements.
- Assist with asset lifecycle and replacement planning.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of maintenance, fleet, or administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and record-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with fleet or maintenance management software is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
