The Opportunity:
As a Senior Associate, Salesforce Technical Consultant, unlock your potential and embrace the chance to drive meaningful outcomes that’ll elevate your career. Your role will include, but isn’t limited to:

Deliver high-quality solutions using a configuration-first approach, making sound calls on when to configure vs. customize to keep the platform scalable and maintainable

Design and develop custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools

Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs and working solutions

Build integrations, automation, and data models to support end-to-end service workflows
-
Contribute to solution architecture discussions, technical estimates, delivery planning and release readiness

Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization activities

Collaborate within cross-functional delivery teams in an agile consulting environment
What You'll Bring:
Your skills, knowledge, and experiences are what set you apart. Here's what we look for:

2+ years of experience with software development

1+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform

Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, or Administrator

Curiosity and proactiveness in using AI tools while applying human review and adhering to responsible-use guardrails

The salary range for this position is $84,700 - $134,700. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
