As aBusiness Development Representative (BDR) I, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and enabling our vendor and partner ecosystem.

- Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners toexecute business plans, campaigns, and go‑to‑market strategies
- Develop expertise invendor products, programs, and industry trends, becoming a trusted resource for stakeholders
- Manage and grow asales pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, and opportunity progression
- Track performance againstkey performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to achieving revenue targets
- Participate inaccount planning and business reviews with sales teams to identify expansion opportunities
- Ensure accurate reporting and timely follow-up on all customer and vendor activities
- Engage in ongoingtraining and professional development, including vendor-led learning opportunities
- 3–4 years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, or a related field
- Associate’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding ofsales processes, pipeline management, and customer engagement strategies
- Proven ability tobuild relationships, influence stakeholders, and deliver customer value
- Excellentcommunication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational, multitasking, andtime management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively withdiverse teams and cross-functional partners
- Comfortable learning and working withCRM tools, sales platforms, and emerging technologies
- Adaptable, resilient, and able to perform under changing priorities
