What You'll Do

Every day is different! Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming patients and creating an exceptional first impression
  • Booking appointments and answering phones
  • Assisting patients with frame selection and eyewear
  • Performing pre-testing before patients see the doctor
  • Ordering and dispensing eyewear
  • Processing payments and insurance claims
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Helping keep the clinic running smoothly

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who is:

  • Excellent at communicating with patients of all ages

Experience in retail sales, optical sales, or luxury customer service, particularly experience in optometry or optical is an asset—but we are happy to train the right person with the right attitude.

Schedule

Part-time position

Approximately 3-5 days per week ~ Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9-5:30pm

One evening shift (Thursday) may be required 11-7:30pm.

No weekends.
