Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Fish Processor to join our team in a fast-paced environment. You will clean, cut, and weigh fish fillets according to specifications for sushi, cooked fish, or for selling at our Seafood section.

Duties

  • Cut, fillet, portion, and prepare fish for sushi, sashimi, and other kitchen items
  • Break down whole fish and maintain high-quality presentation standards
  • Prepare and stock seafood section
  • Follow strict food safety, sanitation, and temperature control procedures
  • Monitor inventory and minimize waste
  • Maintain clean workstations and sharpen knives

Experience

  • Experience cutting and processing fish is ideal but not required as we can train
  • Knowledge of food safety and safe knife handling
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality

Pay, Benefits & Perks

  • $19.00-21.00 hourly, can be discussed if you have previous relevant experience
