Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, managing orders efficiently, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Duties

  • Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  • Serve food and drinks to tables, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any issues or requests promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
  • Process cash handling transactions accurately while adhering to food safety standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.
  • Assist in training new staff members on restaurant procedures and guest service standards.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
  • Excellent guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
  • Familiarity with food safety practices and sanitation standards is advantageous.
