We’re a small, family-run sushi restaurant in Port Coquitlam.

We’re not a large kitchen, but we run things tight — clean, organized, and fast, providing freshest sushi menus for our valued customers.
If you’re looking for a place where you can actually learn and improve your skills, this could be a good fit.

What you’ll do:

  • Prepare sushi rolls and basic menu items
  • Assist with prep (vegetables, sauces, rice)
  • Maintain a clean and organized station
  • Work with the team during busy service

Who we’re looking for:

  • Reliable and focused
  • Able to work on your feet for extended hours
  • Pays attention to detail
  • Works well in a small team environment
  • Great communication skills
  • 1 year. Or more of sushi experience preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of Kitchen experience required.
