Job Summary

Duties

  • Prepare and assemble sushi dishes with precision, creativity, and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality presentation.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests promptly while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing fish, assembling ingredients, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
  • Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are followed diligently to uphold health standards.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly manner, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and providing recommendations.
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and dining areas to promote a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and familiarity with food handling safety standards.
  • Strong skills in serving customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Experience in food preparation, cooking, or meal assembly within the food industry is advantageous.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Kitchen experience including sanitation practices and safe food handling procedures.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional food service and creating memorable guest experiences.
