Job Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Dishwasher, where your role is vital in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. This position offers a set schedule (3 or 4 days per week, 10 am to 8 pm) so that you can plan those fun activities on your days off! As Dishwasher, you’ll be the backbone of our culinary operations, ensuring all dishes, cookware, and utensils are spotless and ready for service. Your dedication helps create a seamless dining experience for our guests and supports our talented kitchen staff in delivering exceptional food and service.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using proper cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations.
• Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
• Support the kitchen team by organizing clean dishes for quick access during busy service times.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a hygienic environment.
• Help with waste disposal and recycling processes to keep the workspace tidy and environmentally friendly.

Requirements:

• Experience is preferred, we are a very busy establishment and this role is best suited for someone with a familiarity of dish-pit operations.
• Non-slip foot wear is REQUIRED.
• Food Safe Level 1 or higher REQUIRED.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential qualities for success in this role.
• Must reliably show up for all scheduled shifts - we are a team that relies on you!
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to be on feet for up to 9 hours.
