About Us:We are one of Calgary’s most well-known All You Can Eat Japanese restaurants, proudly serving quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. We are currently hiring Sushi Chef/Prep Cook/Line Cook to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

· Prepare high-quality sushi, sashimi, and rolls based on our menu and customer requests

· Handle seafood and ingredients properly to maintain top freshness and quality

· Keep your work environment clean and tidy, following food safety and hygiene standards

· Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage stock and reduce waste

· Perform well under pressure in a fast-moving environment

What We’re Looking For:

· 1-5 years of experience as a Sushi Chef/ Prep Cook/ Line Cook

· Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi preparation techniques

· Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations

· Reliable team player with good communication

· Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
