Duties

  • Prepare and cook ramen noodles, broths, toppings, and other ingredients with precision and care
  • Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality in every bowl served
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste and ensure freshness
  • Serve guests promptly with friendly, attentive service while explaining menu items and answering questions
  • Support the team during busy hours by helping with meal preparation and food assembly
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to uphold the highest standards of food safety and sanitation

Skills

  • Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in food preparation or cooking roles
  • Strong knowledge of food handling procedures, kitchen safety practices, and sanitation standards
  • Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude that enhances guest satisfaction
