Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role involves preparing and cooking menu items with precision, maintaining high standards of food safety, and working efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Line Cook will play a vital part in ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly and that guests receive quality meals consistently.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen stations and equipment
  • Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times
  • Ensure timely delivery of dishes during service hours to meet customer expectations
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients or supplies
