EXPERIENCED SUSHI CHEF – PREMIUM OMAKASE RESTAURANT

We looking for an experienced and passionate Sushi Chef to join our team.

We are a premium Japanese omakase restaurant focused on high-quality ingredients, traditional sushi preparation, and a refined dining experience.

Markham Location (Hwy 7 / Warden)

Downtown Location (Bloor / Bay)

  • Strong knowledge of Japanese sushi techniques and ingredients
  • Experienced Sushi Chef with strong skills in nigiri, sashimi and fish preparation
  • Able to work efficiently and maintain consistent quality during service
  • Responsible, reliable and professional
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork
  • Candidates with leadership or Head Sushi Chef experience are welcome
  • Minimum 3 years related work experience
  • Hourly rate starts from $25 plus Tips
