Job Overview

At Mr. Sushi Lynn Valley, our Servers provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service in a busy restaurant environment.

Phone takeout orders are a major part of this role. Strong spoken and listening English skills are essential, and applicants must be very comfortable answering phones and taking orders accurately in English.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and serve guests in a friendly, professional manner
  • Answer phones and take takeout orders accurately and confidently
  • Take dine-in food and beverage orders
  • Answer menu questions and provide recommendations
  • Serve food and drinks promptly
  • Process bills and payments accurately
  • Work closely with the kitchen and other team members
  • Keep the dining area clean and organized
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards

What We're Looking For

  • Must be available Monday & Tuesday, 4:00 PM–9:00 PM
  • Strong spoken and listening English skills are required
  • Must be very comfortable taking customer orders over the phone in English
  • Friendly, positive, and reliable
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Previous restaurant experience is an asset, but not required
