Full job description

Job Summary
We are looking to hire a hard-working kitchen helper/Dishwasher to clean, stock, and maintain the kitchen as well as help with the preparation of meal ingredients. The kitchen helper’s responsibilities include retrieving ingredients from the refrigerator, freezer, and stockroom, measuring ingredients as per the cook's instructions

Duties

  • Assist in meal preparation and food assembly in accordance with recipes and quality standards
  • Support cooking activities, including basic food preparation tasks
  • Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures to ensure hygiene and safety
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment throughout the shift
  • Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Who can work Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday afternoon

Skills

  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
