We are a local, intimate Japanese delivery and catering business located in East Vancouver and we would love for you to join our team!

We are currently looking for a Sushi Chef -

SUSHI CHEF REQUIREMENTS:

  • Extensive knowledge in all sushi applications
  • Must be able to produce large quantities of sushi rolls/nigiri in timely manner
  • Must have knowledge and ability to break-down and process whole fish as needed for all uses
  • Keep up with all necessary sushi prep to ensure all items are present to fulfill sushi orders
  • Perform all sushi related tasks following all food safe requirements and ensure all products are of highest quality
  • Able to work early mornings and long hours as required to fulfil sushi orders
  • Comfortable with working at on site catering events providing exceptional service
  • Ability to be creative and suggest new sushi items
  • Cooks with confidence and a great attitude
