Experienced Sushi Chef – $25/hr Starting / PART TIME (Wednesday, Sunday)

Sanjo Sushi | Uptown New Westminster

Sanjo Sushi is a modern Japanese restaurant known for quality, precision, and strong fundamentals. We are growing and looking for a skilled Sushi Chef who takes pride in craftsmanship and consistency.

If you are confident in your knife skills and understand traditional Japanese techniques, this is an opportunity to work in a kitchen that values standards — not shortcuts.

Wage

Starting at $25 per hour
(Higher pay available depending on experience and performance)

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Sushi Chef
  • Strong knife skills and solid understanding of Japanese cuisine
  • Ability to execute sashimi, nigiri, and specialty rolls with consistency
  • High standards for presentation and cleanliness
  • Ability to communicate in English (multicultural team environment)
  • Professional attitude and reliability
