We are currently hiring Part Time Day and/or Evening Personal Support Workers (PSW) for Community Care and surrounding areas

Qualifications accepted to work as a PSW:

  • Valid Certificate as a Personal Support Worker (PSW)
  • RN or RPN
  • Nursing student (2 clinical placements completed)
  • Valid Developmental Support Worker Diploma
  • Foreign trained healthcare professional - Nurse

Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license and vehicle to use for work daily is required
  • Meet Immunization requirements – MMR, Varicella, TB, Tetanus
  • Current vulnerable sector check (VSC)
  • Current Standard CPR level C certificate and First Aid.
  • Availability to work days OR evenings and every other weekend.
  • This is a physically demanding position and requires hand, arm and shoulder dexterity, sensory ability, lifting to a maximum of approximately fifty-five (55) pounds, walking, climbing stairs, standing, bending, reaching, and frequent movement.

We use AI to take notes during our interview. All applications and interviews are reviewed by our Talent Acquisition team. This role is a new position. The hiring pay range is $21.72-$24.45, based on experience.
