Responsibilities:

  • Source and procure parts from approved vendors and suppliers
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement
  • Review and analyze purchase requisitions to determine the most cost-efficient procurement method
  • Coordinate with the Production and Logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials
  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels and track stock movements to prevent shortages or overstocking
  • Contribute to regular inventory audits and reconciliation of discrepancies
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of purchases, inventory levels, and vendor information
  • Support in identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in the procurement process
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Occasionally assist the sales department by forwarding emails during trade shows or when team members are away

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • 2+ years experience in Buyer/Purchasing position
  • Excellent math and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Russian languages would be a bonus
